Wayne Vickers is a realism landscape and seascape artist based out of his studio in Papamoa. Working from either his studio or painting en plein air (on location), Wayne’s work plays with the moods of our rugged backcountry and coastlines. The play of light captures the soul of Wayne’s work – the four seasons in one day, the enveloping of lush nature. Wayne’s love of the New Zealand landscape is captured with oils on canvas.
