Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival

Bloom in the Bay

Nichola Vague – Zones Landscaping

The inspiration for this installation is the equestrian lifestyle aesthetic. What has been created is a traditional and formal space where people can congregate for a beautiful photo opportunity. Simple planting, sculptured hedges with structural elements (including large urns) add up to a stunning space for gathering.

Nichola has over 25 years’ experience in the landscape industry after graduating from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Hons). Her experience includes design and project management of projects in the residential, commercial, resort and large-scale urban planning market throughout New Zealand and the Middle East.

Nichola and her team’s goal is to use their combined skills and experience to provide personalised landscape design, build and maintenance solutions that inspire and exceed their clients’ expectations. The greatest reward is seeing her clients using, and loving, their properties once works are complete.
