    Further Information
    • Hosts of garden and art stops agree to make their gardens available to Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival ticket holders for the duration of the festival and for the hours indicated above.
    • If for any reason, a garden or art stop is forced to close for unforeseen reasons out of your control, please contact the festival office at the time.
    • Festival management will be responsible for employing security personnel to roam the gardens while the festival is running and all garden and art stops will be given security contact details. Security personnel will make themselves known to hosts as they visit each garden, and while not in your garden at all times, will be in the vicinity in case you require assistance of any kind.
    • All Garden and Art Trail Ticket holders (your visitors) will carry passes while on your property.
    • Where necessary, Garden hosts are required to plan to organise assistants of their own to help with visitor and parking flow in their properties during busy periods. If you cannot secure helpers, please notify the festival team at least 6 weeks before before the festival commences.
    • The Festival Team will organise Gardener and Artist evenings leading up to the festival to keep you updated with our plans and relay information to you at these events. We will let you know the dates for these events in due course.
