Angela’s striking pieces explore aspects of the natural world and the complex mental process of storing memories that often shape our experiences. Her resin works are atmospheric and filled with rhythmic aspects, repeated patterns and organic forms. Her dramatic sculpted pieces are crafted from collaged paper and wire, bringing life to abstract forms. Current works explore contemporary batik, a wax resist method that creates layers of delicious colour and form.
