Rob McGregor

While Rob has painted images based on overseas travels, his paintings tend to be centred on his life, places he has lived, and things that occupy his interest. These include NZ places, beaches and seascapes, tracks around Mauao (“The Mount” with its rock-pools and Pohutukawa trees), sunbathers, nudes, café scenes, musicians and the inner harbour with its excellent sailing conditions. His interpretations are usually colourful.
