A Microlesson on Microgreens – Emma Cole

A demonstration and talk about growing microgreens easily at home to add nutrition to salads, sandwiches, and everyday meals. Learn how to sow, cut, and eat them!

Emma Cole – Tutor at Skills Update

With a background in botany, floristry, and horticulture, Emma shares her vast knowledge teaching the NZ Certificate in Horticulture (General) Level 3 at Skills Update Training and Education Group. Courses run part-time over 40 weeks, covering soil science, propagation, and plant pests and diseases.
