With a career as a florist spanning over 20 years and across the globe, Shontelle knows a thing or two about flowers. Working with both Jane Packer and Paula Pryke teaching at flower schools, on movie sets, and installs on weddings throughout the UK, Shontelle describes the highlight of her career as a free-lancer helping to create the victory bouquets for the medal winners at the London Olympics. Today she grows beautiful flowers on her property at Pahoia, creating exquisite bouquets for weddings and events.
