Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival

Garden & Art Trail

Te Manawa o Papamoa School Garden

Welcome to our school garden, a vibrant space lovingly nurtured by students and PiPS staff. Here, you’ll discover a flourishing organic food garden, carefully tended by our enthusiastic kaimanawa (learners). Each child has the opportunity to dig in and learn about the life cycle of plants, from sowing seeds to saving them. We embrace no-dig principles, focusing on soil health and fostering biodiversity.

Join us at Coastal Cups, our school coffee shop, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and smoothies from 9 AM to 12 PM every day. Our eager kaimanawa can’t wait to share their garden and art with you. During school hours, they’ll be your guides, showcasing their work and sharing their stories. Outside these times, simply follow the QR codes to explore the children’s gardening adventures and upcoming projects.
