After moving to Tauranga three years ago the current owner has not only restored the house, he’s enhanced the 1240m2 section by introducing an eclectic mix of vibrant sub-tropicals, colourful cottage borders, an almost-organic vegetable plot, and an eye-catching rose and perennial centre-piece. All this is set amongst 30+ fruiting trees, many of which are mature. It’s a highly productive garden and haven for bird and insect life.
