Artist registration fee

Register now to confirm your spot and avoid missing out on exhibiting at our 2026 festival. The fee includes a photo of your work and your profile in the directory and website. No commission is charged to you by BOPGAF for works sold at your place of exhibition or the Festival Gallery.

Agreement

Returning this form indicates to us that you have received, understood and agreed with this information and you are registering to participate as an Artists/Group/Gallery in the 2026 Festival.

The Festival reserves the right to determine the suitability of the works for exhibition at the Festival.
The Festival reserves the right to hold a ballot if more artists register than there is the capacity for.
The artist agrees to fill out a survey after the Festival.
You the artist/group/Gallery take full responsibility for providing all necessary equipment, tools and materials to construct the artwork and effectively install artwork on-site including hanging and displaying your art.
If you are placed in a garden then you the artist are responsible to liaise with the gardener/garden host to visit their garden and discuss setting up and displaying your art
If you are placed at our Festival hub, our festival team will be in touch with details.
You the artists/group or studio agree to display at least 1 art piece in our Festival Gallery at our Bloom in the Bay Festival hub. We ask 2 pieces to be provided with your 2nd piece as a replacement for if the first item is sold by our gallery team. Please note: BOPGAF take no commission on any art sold in our Festival Gallery.
