Annie and Celia, who regularly collaborate in the studio, centre their work around atmospheric landscapes. Guided by intuition and a fascination with light, they utilise multiple layers of acrylic paint to attain an intriguing depth of colour, energy, and emotion. Their subjects range from serene and contemplative seascapes to dramatic landscapes, featuring the everyday beauty of New Zealand and memories from travels to exotic destinations.
