Fiorella Silva Pérez is a Uruguayan–New Zealand artist based in Mount Maunganui. She works across painting and mixed media, using plastic collected from New Zealand beaches to create textured surfaces. Her realistic native birds contrast with these materials, reflecting on environmental impact, resilience, and our relationship with nature.
