Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival

Bloom in the Bay

Live Bumblebee Hive

A live bumblebee hive will be on display for children and adults to watch the queen bumblebee and her family. Bumblebees live under the ground so it’s a wonderful opportunity to view them safely up close.

Also, be amused with story readings of “Bumblebees Have Smelly Feet”. This wonderful, informative book will be read by the author herself Rachel Weston. Her books will be on sale at the festival hub too.
