Sue Stowell creates captivating outdoor sculptures inspired by the delicate beauty of dandelion seed heads, long associated with wishes and wonder. Crafted from marine-grade stainless steel and copper, these graceful works sparkle in sunlight, glisten in the rain, and shine when spotlit at night.
New this year are Sue’s raupō-inspired garden sculptures. With copper disc seed heads and weathered steel stems, they sway gently in the breeze, offering rustic charm and movement to any outdoor setting.
Sue’s work will be exhibited at Unique & Special Things Art and Craft Studio (139 Tanners Points Road), alongside Sas Pearce’s ceramics, textiles, and printmaking, offering visitors a rich blend of materials and forms.
