The Bay of Plenty Area of Floral Art New Zealand will hold its biennial show in conjunction with the Tauranga Garden & Art Festival this November. This Designer of the Year competition features four sections of floral designs to view throughout the Festival. The winner of the main class will be eligible to compete at national level. Designs will be displayed at the Cargo Shed, 5 Dive Crescent, Tauranga. On Thursday, see some of our best floral designers creating large free-standing designs from 10.30amโ1.30pm. Throughout the Festival, clubs will also demonstrate floral techniques and design. The BOP Floral Art Society includes six clubs: McLaren Falls, Opotiki, Rotorua, Te Puke/Papamoa, Tauranga and Whakatฤne.
